LIVE LIFE EXCELLENTLY, BE CONTENDED :-)

Moderate aspirations lead to a contended life. ‘I don't have to buy the airplane and I can't drive the tank!!', Quipped Vinod Bira. He is oldest in all cousins. In 70's and 80's he was like an icon and doing excellently, always on the cloud nine :) In between life posed some problems, as is the case with most people, now again he is leading a contended life. Sometimes years passes before we can meet relatives. Marriage and death are two main incidents on which relatives mostly meet. We have a lot of words for relations in India like Chacha-Chachi, Taya-Tayi, Bua-Fufar, Mama-Mami, Masi-Masar, Dada-Dadi, Nana-Nani, Bhai-Bhabhi, Behan-Jija, Sala-Sali-Salehar, Kuram-Kuramani, Sadu, Devar-Devrani, Jeth-Jethani, Nanan, Bhatija-Bhatiji, Bhanja-Bhanji etcetera etcetera :). These words make the life more vibrant. Poor English language :( it has only uncle-aunt, grandfather-grandmother, nephew-niece, in-laws and out-laws :-))

We all have our low and high moments. A man was feeling quite low and an old pal of his decided to give him some emotional boost. He bought two tickets for air travel and took his sad friend with him to the air plane. As the sad friend had never boarded the plane before so the happy friend thought the new experience would enlighten him. They were quite early and boarded the plane before anyone else was there. They could see and hear the other planes taking off and landing from there. After some time the sad friend said, ‘Hey Pal! Don't you think we should get a plane which flies?' Happy friend, 'This plane will fly, there's some time left.' ‘Are you sure?' ‘Yes 100% dead sure.' The sad man was feeling quite low. Like a true philosopher he did not have enough money to get a good shave at saloon, how could he board the plane. ‘Hey buddy! We don't have the money, if the plane crew gets to know this they'll throw us out.' Happy friend was again consoling, 'Why do you worry dear, we have the tickets and we have already paid for them.' Sad friend was still worried, ‘Are you sure the tickets are not fake?' The happy friend was good at motivating, inspiring and shagging up the dead spirits. ‘Come on dear always try to see the positive side of life, if you look positive you get positive.' In some time sad friend's spirits soared so did the plane. The panoramic view out of the window was excellent. Happy friend was still inspiring the sad friend, ‘Look dear you are the best man in life, never feel low about life or anything, everything belongs to you.' The sad friend was getting delighted now. He was looking at the most beautiful air hostess and said dreamily, ‘Are you sure she belongs to me, it's like a dream come true, I can't believe.' :-))) ‘Hey man, I mean to say life belongs to you and this short air travel is yours, what you looking at is a dream for me too' :-(. Hope the happy friend was not sad after this travel :-)).
